Specialist in Disruptive Strategies at Harvard Business School (2018), Biomedical, Master in Toxicology at USP's Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He worked as a researcher at the Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience (Ireland) for 3 years, after returning to Brazil in 2009, started his work with Electronic Waste Management, studied the MBA in Management for Sustainability at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV / SP, having accumulated national and international experience in the sector, working as CEO for 10 years in one of the largest processors of this waste in Brazil.
He was an international guest speaker at the E-Scrap Conference 2012 in Dallas, USA and represented Brazil during the E-Waste Academy, organized by the UN in 2014 in El Salvador and at the E-Waste Business Boot Camp 2018 (UN) in Berlin, Germany. He was a consultant on Financing Policies and Economic Incentives for Reverse Logistics of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Brazil for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade and Ministry of Environment.

Graduated in advertising at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, he is a specialist in brand positioning, business development, purpose marketing and innovation programs.
More than 27 years of experience in commercial and marketing positions developing projects with a 360 degrees approach in different sectors of the economy such as IT, stationery, cosmetics, home appliances, live marketing and entrepreneurship. Developed projects for brands, such as L'Occitane in Provence, BeautyColor, Dell, Apple, Brastemp, Electrolux. Awarded by Top de Marketing ADVB in 2007 in its strategic planning for BeautyColor.
For the last 9 years has been involved in innovation and startups market, being responsible for taking projects off the ground, being responsible for planning, go to market and attracting investments, as well as developing mentoring programs for training and preparing entrepreneurs to attract investments. He was co-founder of the direct selling Startup HometoGo, which in 3 years left the MVP to 120 thousand customers, having captured Seed investment of R$ 3 million, as well as general manager of the environmental marketing Startup Greenk that mobilized young people, government entities and industry for the correct disposal of electronic waste, promoting campaigns in more than 150 schools, implementing collection points and capturing more than 350 tonnes of B2C waste.

Marcello is our head of technology and responsible for the Business Technology field. He's the tech-loving guy who is always studying trends, programming or helping someone on the team who is immersed in the midst of codes! In addition to the technical side, Marcello has always sought knowledge and expertise in the business area. Our Hacker is different because he also knows a lot about people and management, not just codes!
Entrepreneur, graduated in Computer Engineering (PUC Campinas), has an MBA in Business Management and Strategy (FIAP) and specialisations in Corporate Finance (Ohio University, LAIOB fellow) and Data Science & Big Data Analytics (MIT). He interned and was a Trainee in large companies, such as Deloitte Consulting and Ci & T Software. He founded his first company at the age of 22, an electronics recycling business, which was later transformed into a plastics recycling business aimed at producing filaments for 3D printers.
Curious and eager to get to know other cultures, he accepted a job opening in India, where he taught in IT and soft-skills courses. He returned to Brazil in 2016 with a partnership in the field of software development and, in 03 years, developed more than 50 projects [MVPs, APPs, Web Systems, e-commerces etc], always using agile methods and training people inside the company. Due to its seriousness and commitment, it has become a reference in the region for project development and IT consulting.
